Study on Chemical Composition of Volatile Extracts from Different Parts of Jatropha curcas L.by Supercritical Fluid Carbon Dioxide Extraction Technique

摘要(Abstract):

[Objective]The aim was to investigate the kinds of chemical components and their content in leaf,bark and seed extracts of Jatropha curcas L.by supercritical CO2 extraction,aiming at providing basis for the development of Jatropha curcas L.in the field of pesticide and medicine.[Method] Supercritical fluid CO2 extraction technique was used to obtain volatile components from different parts of Jatropha curcas L..The chemical constituents of extracts were determined by GC-MS.[Result]The extracts were deep yellow or light yellow,and the yield of leaf,bark and seed were 0.53%,0.56% and 0.78% respectively.The 26,26 and 17 chemical components were obtained from leaves,bark and seeds of Jatropha curcas L.respectively,which took up 66.88%,36.44% and 88.31% of total volatile components respectively.The main components were ketones,esters,fats,terpenoids,steroid alcohols,organic acids and alkanes etc.The results showed that there was an evident difference in chemical composition and relative content of extracts from different parts of Jatropha curcas L..[Conclusion] The study will provide basis for further understanding of chemical composition in different parts of Jatropha curcas L.and provide reference for its development in the field of medicine and pesticide etc.
